Hard to complain at this price, but two sticks were “out of tune” – I play bass and have never played drums. I bought these drumsticks and a practice pad to work on rhythm fundamentals. My problem is one stick is noticeably low, one noticeably high, and two in the middle that are close enough. When practicing, say, a LLRR pattern, the resonant pitch of L and R are so different that it is hard to tell if my timing is even. That is, rather than hearing tick tick tick tick, instead I hear tick tick tock tock, making it difficult to not hear the hits as being grouped and thus unevenly timed. But what do I know?
