Bluedolphin – This is what we deserve good quality…

Excelentes cinturones – La calidad de la piel es suave y sólida.

Decent quality but hard to install. – Leather straps are wide, comfortable and of decent quality. Buyers should be aware that you will need a set of needle-nosed pliers for the install. These straps are STIFF and VERY hard to attach to the accordion. Also, the back support has no self-release. This means you will either have to wiggle into the harness from the bottom or have a friend/band-mate strap you in. Overall, I’m satisfied, but with these caveats.

Giant-sized, but nice quality – These are nice comfortable straps that I’m using on my smaller Francini accordion, but I also tried them on my big old heavy hulk of a Hohner and they provided excellent support. My only complaint: as other reviewers have noted, these straps are LARGE. My partner is over 6 feet tall and the smallest strap setting works perfectly for him. I’m 5’8″ and they are loose on me, so I’m going to have to punch another hole to get a snugger fit. Overall, great for the value!

Attractive, high quality, but big – These are very high quality straps, with an attractive black shine. They were easy to put on and feel very secure. My only complaint is that for me they are too large. I’m fairly tall, but still, the straps are a smidge too long, even when set on the smallest strap holes. I’m thinking of punching an additional hole into the main strap to make them bit shorter. The main straps are also quite wide, which is, I suppose, good for providing comfortable support, but it is different than I am used to.

Good Quality Real Leather Straps at a Great Price! – I bought these accordion straps to replace the worn out ones on my old ’60s Hohner accordion. Everybody nowadays seems to want to sell you wide “elephant” straps that are huge, and I didn’t want that. These straps are just a bit over 2″ wide at their widest part. Everybody nowadays seems to want to sell you velour straps, and I didn’t want that. Though the backing is indeed genuine leather (it looks and smells like it), the contact part is a polyester with foam inside, nice and comfy. They fit my 96-bass accordion well (a bit on the long side) and make it look almost new again. My only concern is that the leather strips at the top and bottom of each strap that fastens to the accordion seems a bit on the thin and flimsy side. I don’t know how long they will hold up, time will tell. All in all, an excellent purchase. I deducted one star due to the flimsy leather fastening strips.

Very Usable – The original shoulder straps that came with my accordian wore out. Shame on me for using it so much. Part of our evaluation of instruments and straps is personal preference. I did not realize these starps had attachmenets for a back strap. I don’t use those and they just get in my way. The straps are a little stiffer than the elephant straps on my larger instrument but I have used some that were much worse. I won’t be throwing these out but would prefer something a bit more pliable. I exepect those might cost a little more too:) As stated, my own objections are more personal preference. The starps are very usable and look they could carry mush more weight without breaking.

Nice new accordion straps. Easy to put on instrument – these were purchased to replace a very old smelly set of straps. The new straps are soft , NOT smelly and easy to install on a vintage era (1950s) accordion. I particularly like the back strap to help hold the accordion steady. Because I am a short person (5′ 2″) that even on the smallest setting the straps are a bit too long. I will need to figure out a way to make the accordion sit up higher. I may take them to a cobbler to see if I can get a new hole set punched into the strap. Other than that; The straps are great.
