For me the finger holes are too small and it does not spread as far as I would like. – The item seems well-made but I had to remove a little rubber inserts in the finger holes to get my fingers to fit in far enough. Maybe for younger students or people with tinier hands this would be better. Also it doesn’t seem to stretches my fingers far enough to do any extra stretching.

Not for big fingers – So I did purchase this as some said to remove the silicone inner rings for large fingers, but for me the middle finger was still to big to fit through for properly using the device. In order to use correctly you need to get past the middle knuckle to be able to use it and that was just not the case for me. There should be a larger size for bigger fingered people.

Widening The Gap – I am still acclimating to using the product. Though, thus far I must say I am somewhat pleased as my finger speed on my bass guitar has increased in just a matter of days. And too, finger exercises that I’ve created and or have implemented bring about some relief of arthritic pain.

Well, I will give it this… – I use it on my left hand, and I can noticeably stretch my left hand fingers farther apart than my right hand. It *will* fit adult fingers if you remove the silicone cots from the finger holes. So will this ultimately help me be a better guitar player? TBD. I’d like to know what Dave Mustaine thinks of this device. The device instructions? Well, refer to the product page on Amazon, that’s your best help. So I give this device 4 stars.
