Does not come in a box – These are genuine Fender pins. However, they don’t come in a plastic box; a simple bag is how they arrive. Which is fine. Just surprised the picture doesn’t show what you get… still you get one end pin and six string pins, which is a great deal, no matter how you slice it…

Doesn’t include the case – I bought this product specifically because it featured a case to store my old pins in as spares so I could have them if I need them. Had I known I would get a flat pack with stapled on card stock instead of the small storage and shipping box, I might have bought a different brand of designer pins.

Fits my Fender CD 60 CE – Not sure why Fender acoustic bridge pin holes are smaller than some other acoustic guitars, but these bridge pins fit my Fender CD60CE, as advertised. Haven’t put strings on yet, so can’t speak to the tone yet but comparing sizes of other brands of pins was a real pain, so ordered these simply because they are Fender, as is my guitar. Not a high end instrument, so I expect these bridge pins will do just fine. Arrived early and the price was super! Wham bam thank you mam!

Didn’t fit as it was expected to fit – I assumed, with the Fender name, that these would be a perfect fit for my vintage flat-top acoustic. However, we had to shim these pegs to make them fit. We made them work because we had no other choice, but I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I’ll stick with Musician’s Friend next time and gladly pay more for the quality I know I’ll receive. Lesson learned. If you don’t know how to shim a peg, stay away from these.
