Chimes attached weakly – Each chime is attached with a weak plastic snap connecting string. I’m going to put a drop of super glue on each one so they don’t fall off when my kids touch.

My only disappointment was that it arrived w a broken string/fastener that holds one of the chime bars….however, extra string/fasteners are included in the package, so it was am easy fix. It is a nice addition to my multi instrument practice.
