Maintaining the rhythm is the only hard part – I got this on a discount, and it took a few YouTube videos to learn how to play it. But once I got the hang of it, (even though there is still a lot of room for improvement) the only thing that I personally struggle with is I don’t exactly know if it is the product’s design or my lack of knowledge. But once you get to a certain pitch, the vibrations will throw the wooden piece off. Causing it to bounce and break rhythm. But that is literally the only thing. Otherwise it is an amazing gift!

Nice – I was new to these so I had no idea what size to buy etc. This came late the first day so I opened and tried it for a second and put away for tomorrow when I had more time. At first I thought I didn’t like it but the more I played with it I got it to hum nicely but it takes a lot because the bottom gets smaller as it goes down and for me it hums the best the lower I go around and my arm gets tired and setting it on something doesn’t work either. I need one with a higher measurement but I’ve looked and looked and even 4 in ones say they are 2 in as well. I will say it’s very nice and I have even fooled around with playing the inside and tho it doesn’t hum it makes nice sound. I don’t want a super large one just a taller one but for others this will be fine.
