forking impressive – I was looking for another way to release my stress and I tried different things like incense and meditation, but felt like I needed something more. That is when I tried this unique way of using this tuning fork and I was surprised how it actually helped. When I first started using it I noticed that it was made from material consistent with aluminum alloy which is very durable. It also operates with very precise frequencies that are known to heal, decrease pain and stress, and also cleanse the mind. It comes with 1 silicone hammer and 3 tuning forks that have frequencies of 128Hz, 256Hz, & 512Hz. It has a repair tool which does come in handy for tuning, velvet storage bag, cleaning cloth, and instruction card for beginners. I have really benefited from using this tuning fork and I know it is a big help on my journey to better physical and mental health.
