You can shape these with an emery board – Good size and thickness. I used an emery board to shape a few to a little less thickness and rounded the edges so it would strike the strings more smoothly

Got them to use with a bass guitar – As pictured and the case is nice to have. Haven’t lost one yet .

It is a decent pick – My daughter is learning to play the ukulele and this pick will help her fingers from getting sore

ok for fun – I am new at this , so I bought them for comfort and found out that I was supposed to start with a thinner pick? I think they are fun anyway for a Ukulele.

Great for the music classroom – I do not like to use Ukulele picks and I would rather not have my students use them, however, I am getting tired of students strumming too rough on the strings getting blisters and then saying they can’t play the ukulele any longer… I ended up purchasing these for the class and while some students would rather play without the picks, the ones who do use these enjoy them and they seem to work great. I have played a bit with them and overall can say they work great, I would just rather play without picks. If you need picks, these were a great value and seem to be holding up well after a lot of use within a music classroom.

Perfect for elementary ‘ukulele classes – I am using these for my 4th and 5th grade music classes for the first time this year, and they are great. Appealing colors for kids to choose from, and the felt is both stiff enough and thick enough to work well, without being too thick. The edges are cut very cleanly, the felt is well made, and the quality of the picks seems well crafted in every way. They came in a lovely grey felt snap pouch as well. Of the 2 orders I placed–one each of the different color mixed packs–only one pick was unusable, due to not being stiff for some reason. After having read a couple of negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Glad I took a chance on it. Will order again next year.

Works well – A little firm at first but thicker ones are good for the bass. For guitar and ukulele I hope they will become a little bit softer with use but good deal for the money
