My daughter is so excited about this! – My daughter is so excited about this! She needed this for school and instead of buying the plain ones the school offers I decided to check amazon. I choose transparent red, transparent yellow and black for her. They are her favorite teal colors! She did test them out and they sound like nails on a chalkboard, just like the ones the school sells! Success! Now here is to listening to her practice over the next two years!! Anyone have a good ear plug recommendation? Preferably something she won’t notice I’m wearing so I can kindly bob my head along to the screeching that will surely still penetrate any ear plugs I do find.

It’s a recorder… – Well, it’s that time when the kids get a recorder and you have to fake your way through telling them that they’re the next Kenny G (who the do not know) as they butcher twinkle twinkle little star. It gets the job done.
