Beautiful presentation, but… – The sound is just not there. It’s very tinny, as if it’s faintly rattling, not any clear tones. I was very disappointed because the color is beautiful (I got the orange) and the case is very boho beautiful, and the mallets store in a pouch on the strap. I love everything visually about it, but, I bought it as part of things to help me chill and relax, with soothing sounds… this isn’t it, unfortunately. My husband has a large one that sounds great and I have a little 3 inch one that has clear tones. I don’t know why this one falls short in that area.
